We're looking for a Clinic Manager who excels at converting patient inquiries into consultations and long-term treatment journeys while delivering an exceptional patient experience.
# Key Responsibilities
* Welcome patients and ensure a seamless clinic experience.
* Drive patient conversion, retention, and relationship management.
* Understand patient needs and recommend suitable treatment plans.
* Achieve monthly revenue targets through ethical sales practices.
* Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling clinic services.
* Coordinate with medical teams to ensure excellent patient care.
* Maintain accurate patient records and sales reports.
