Role and Responsibilities (What You'll Do):

• Develop and execute business strategies to expand the Life Insurance portfolio, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market trends.
• Lead cross-functional teams to design, launch, and optimize life insurance products tailored to diverse customer segments.
• Establish and nurture relationships with insurance partners, regulatory bodies, and key stakeholders to drive business growth and compliance.
• Analyze market data, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to identify new opportunities and inform decision-making.
• Oversee sales performance, set targets, and implement initiatives to achieve revenue and profitability objectives.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and technology teams to enhance customer experience and streamline operational processes.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a high-performance culture and continuous professional growth.

• Proven expertise in business management within the life insurance sector.
