Role in One Line
Run LifeWall's business on the ground — own revenue, lead the delivery team, and be the final escalation point for every client, partner, and stakeholder.
What You'll Own
Sales & Revenue
- Own monthly and quarterly revenue targets with full pipeline accountability
- Attend site visits with inbound leads — present concepts, BOQs, proposals, and close independently
- Forecast pipeline and plan sales strategy across Delhi NCR, Chandigarh, Jaipur, and nearby markets
Team Leadership
- Design Manager and Transformation Manager report directly into this role
- Set performance expectations, review output quality, and ensure both teams operate as per LifeWall standards
- Identify gaps in team delivery and escalate or resolve proactively
Escalation & Partner Management
- Final point of contact for all client escalations during execution — assess, own, and resolve as per company standards
- Handle TP and PMC partner escalations — drive resolution without letting issues linger
- Ensure every escalation is closed with a clear outcome and client communication.
Who We're Looking For
Experience: 4–7 years in luxury residential / landscape / interiors / architecture
Education: B.Arch preferred; strong relevant experience considered
Communication: Fluent English + Hindi, sharp and confident with HNI clients
Mindset: Leader + closer — can manage a team and chase a target simultaneously
Location: Based in Delhi NCR; open to travel across nearby markets
Tech: Can read CAD/3D drawings; not a drafting role.

- Direct Reports: Design Manager, Transformation Manager
