Lattooland creates sensory play kits and educational toys designed for children aged 0–8 years to inspire learning through joyful and meaningful experiences. Our thoughtfully crafted products encourage curiosity, creativity, emotional regulation, and problem-solving skills through open-ended play. Established in 2021, Lattooland supports early childhood development for families in India and the USA. We believe play is essential for a child’s growth, fostering important skills from an early age. We've grown our online presence and are now ready to take our products to store shelves and quick commerce platforms across India. This is the role that starts that journey.
What you'll build & own:
🟢 Quick Commerce — Launch and grow Lattooland on Quick commerce - Own assortment, visibility, and sell-through from day one.
🟢 General Trade — Identify and onboard distributors, build retail reach city by city, and create a reliable offline supply chain.
🟢 Modern Trade — Identify the right retail chain partners for Lattooland's category and establish first listings.
🟢 Strategy & Reporting — Own the channel P&L, track performance, and bring clear commercial thinking to every decision.
🟢 Team Building — As the channel grows, you'll hire and lead the offline team. This is a leadership track, not just an IC role.
Who we're looking for:
✅ 3–7 years in sales, trade, or channel management- in FMCG, consumer goods, toys, or a D2C brand
✅ Has done the ground work personally —-distributor onboarding, retailer pitches, QComm listings — not just managed teams doing it
✅ Comfortable with ambiguity —-you don't need a fully set-up system to be effective
✅ Cares about what they sell -our products exist for children and parents, and that matters to you
✅ Entrepreneurial mindset - excited by the idea of eventually leading a team, not just executing tasks
