Business Manager – Raipur

WOOWOO Art House is looking for a high-ownership Business Manager to take charge of our upcoming Raipur unit and help build it into one of the city's most loved creative destinations.
This is not a conventional Store Manager role.
You will be responsible for setting up, running, managing and growing the entire business unit as per our SOP — covering retail, café, community, memberships, events, team, customer experience and local growth.

Your Mission
As Business Manager – Raipur, you will be the unit head/House Head of the Raipur unit's execution and growth.
From opening the doors to building a high-performing team and taking the business towards INR 8–10L+ monthly revenue, you will have a direct impact on the success of the unit.
You'll work closely with the Founder and Head Office, while independently managing the day-to-day business.

🏪 Business Operations
* Set up and launch the Raipur unit
* Manage daily store operations
* Ensure excellent customer experience
* Maintain operational discipline
* Implement WOOWOO SOPs and systems
* Ensure smooth coordination between retail, café and community activities

* Own monthly and annual revenue targets
* Drive retail sales
* Grow memberships
* Increase repeat customers
* Improve average transaction value
* Develop local partnerships
* Identify new revenue opportunities
* Build the Raipur customer community
👥 Team Management
* Build and manage the Raipur team
* Participate in recruitment and selection
* Train and develop employees

🎨 Community & Events
* Develop local creative communities
* Organise workshops and events
* Build relationships with artists, schools, colleges and creators
* Increase utilisation of the creative/event space
* Turn the store into a destination, not just a retail outlet
☕ Café
* Oversee café operations
* Monitor sales, quality and customer experience
* Control wastage and operating costs
* Coordinate with central procurement and café suppliers
📊 Business Management
* Monitor sales, expenses and profitability
* Manage inventory and stock availability
* Identify fast-moving and slow-moving products
* Maintain cost discipline
* Use ERP/dashboard data to make decisions
* Submit regular business reports to Head Office
