Role Overview
As a Senior Business Manager, you will drive revenue, manage client relationships, and ensure seamless execution of interior projects from consultation to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end sales cycle: lead handling, client meetings, and closures
Handle a team of 5-6 Interior Designers
Drive revenue targets and maximize project value
Understand client requirements and align design solutions accordingly
Coordinate with design and operations teams for smooth execution
Manage client expectations and resolve escalations
Maintain a strong sales pipeline and track performance metrics
What We’re Looking For
4+ year experience in Sales and 2+ experience in managing team. Coming from interior , real estate sales is plus.
Strong sales, negotiation, and client handling skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
Target-driven mindset with a focus on conversions and revenue
