Role Description

- Strong skills in Team Leadership and Collaborative Decision-Making
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship Management skills
- Experience in Market Analysis and Growth Strategy Development
- Detail-oriented with strong Organizational and Project Management skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Previous experience in the financial or investment sector is preferred
