Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Manager – Interiors based in Pune. The role involves handling business operations, client relationships, project coordination, budgeting, and team management for interior projects. The candidate will drive revenue growth, ensure smooth project execution, maintain quality standards, and lead teams to achieve business goals and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong business operations and project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.
- Proficiency in client relationship management, negotiation, and stakeholder communication.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, manage vendors, and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Comfort with using basic business, productivity, and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, project tracking software).
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities with attention to detail and quality.
- Experience in interiors, construction, real estate, or related project-based industries is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field; an MBA or similar postgraduate qualification is a plus.
- Ability to work on-site in Pune City, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
