🚀 We're Hiring | Business Manager – Credit Cards

Location: Hiranandani Estate / Wagle Estate, Thane (West), Maharashtra

FINQO Bharat Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Manager – Credit Cards to drive business growth, manage strategic banking partnerships, and lead credit card sales across multiple banking partners.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Drive Credit Card business acquisition and revenue growth.
✅ Build and manage relationships with banking partners and channel partners.
✅ Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
✅ Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize business performance.
✅ Monitor MIS, productivity, and team performance.
✅ Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory guidelines.
✅ Coordinate with internal operations and partner banks for smooth processing.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- 4–8 years of experience in Credit Card Sales, Banking, or Financial Services.
- Strong understanding of Credit Card products and sales processes.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven track record of achieving business targets.
