We’re scaling an existing corporate fitness business — and looking for the right person to lead it on-ground.
Hiring:
Business Manager – Corporate Wellness
Brigade Tech Gardens, Bangalore

This is not a facility management role.
This is a business leadership role.
You will take ownership of a fully operational fitness center inside one of Bangalore’s most premium corporate campuses — with a clear mandate to grow it as a business.
Your focus:
Build relationships. Drive adoption. Scale revenue.
What this role demands:
• Strong ability to engage and influence HR leaders and corporate stakeholders
• Build and expand partnerships across companies within the campus
• Drive memberships, programs, and revenue with a commercial mindset
• Lead the on-ground team while maintaining high experience standards
• Operate with speed, ownership, and accountability
This role is for someone who:
• Thinks like a business owner, not an employee
• Is commercially sharp and comfortable closing deals
• Has presence, confidence, and strong communication
• Enjoys being on-ground and making things happen
Not suited for:
• Purely operations-focused profiles
• Trainer-only backgrounds without business exposure
