Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Visiting Lecturer in Business Management. The selected candidate will deliver high-quality lectures to students, design and update course materials, assess student progress, and provide mentorship to support students' academic and professional growth. Responsibilities include participating in curriculum development, contributing to research initiatives, and engaging with the academic community to support the university's mission of promoting lifelong learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Business Management, including a deep knowledge of management principles, organizational strategies, and market trends
- Proven ability in curriculum design and delivering engaging lectures to diverse student audiences
- Strong skills in mentoring and providing constructive feedback to students to enhance their academic and career development
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Demonstrated research abilities and a commitment to contributing to academic growth
- Proficiency in online teaching tools and technology for effective remote education
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Business Administration, Management, or a closely related field (preferred)
- Previous teaching or professional experience in Business Management or a related area is highly advantageous
- Collaborative and student-focused mindset with a passion for education
