SAS Sales Group is growing, and we’re looking for ambitious and motivated new recruits motivated who want to grow in management.
This is structured training on the job that to develops candidates for future leadership roles within the company. You’ll learn the business, take on real responsibility, and work directly with senior managers.
What You’ll Do
- Build communication and public speaking skills by presenting to teams and clients
- Learn to negotiate and close sales with coaching from experienced sales leaders
- Provide customer service in the office and out in the field
- Work alongside a team of sales leaders
- Own projects and deliverables with clear goals
- Take on leadership responsibilities as you progress
