Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Loan Specialist, based in New Delhi, with flexibility for partial remote work. In this role, the individual will manage client loan applications, conduct financial analyses, assess creditworthiness, and ensure alignment with ESG standards. Responsibilities include advising clients on loan options, underwriting loans, and maintaining customer relationships to provide exceptional service. The specialist will also collaborate with internal teams and investors to facilitate appropriate funding solutions consistent with ESGAP’s mission.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Finance, Loans, and Underwriting for the evaluation, processing, and approval of loan applications
- Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to build and nurture client relationships
- Understanding of ESG principles and the ability to ensure ESG compliance within financial solutions
- Proficiency in analytical tools and financial modeling is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, with a preference for candidates with experience in financial services or banking
- Ability to operate effectively in a hybrid work environment, demonstrating time management and self-motivation
