Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jamshedpur for a Business Loan Officer. The responsibilities include engaging with clients to assess their financial needs and recommending suitable loan products. The role also involves conducting loan underwriting and facilitating loan origination, ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulations. The Business Loan Officer will maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the lending process.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Loan Origination
- Strong background in Finance
- Proficiency in Customer Service and building client relationships
- Excellent analytical, communication, and decision-making skills
- Experience with financial software and tools is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
