Job Title: Site Head – Commercial Real Estate
Location: Navi Mumbai
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Site Head to lead end-to-end sales operations for our commercial real estate mandate in Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have strong team handling skills, excellent closure abilities, and hands-on experience in commercial real estate sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete site sales operations and revenue generation
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team
- Ensure maximum conversion of walk-ins, leads, and site visits
- Coordinate with sourcing managers, channel partners, and marketing teams
- Handle customer negotiations and deal closures
- Monitor daily sales activities, reports, and target achievement
- Ensure smooth customer experience from enquiry to booking
- Maintain site discipline, branding, and overall operations
- Work closely with CRM, finance, and management teams for seamless execution
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in real estate sales
- Prior experience in handling commercial real estate sales is preferable
- Strong team handling and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
