Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Business Intern role located in Jammu & Kashmir, India. The Business Intern will assist in business planning and strategic development, perform market analysis, and support customer service operations to ensure smooth business growth. The intern will also engage with clients to understand their needs, recommend solutions, and assist in implementing digital payment systems and processes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Business Planning and basic understanding of business operations and strategy
- Strong Analytical Skills, including the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
- Customer Service skills, with a proactive and solution-focused approach to client support
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a quick learner
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Familiarity with digital payment systems and merchant solutions is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and tools for business analysis
