We are looking for a skilled Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to support global teams across Trade & Compliance and Contract & Processes functions. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining advanced analytics solutions using Power BI, Qlik Sense, and Databricks, along with modern data engineering practices.
You will play a critical role in transforming legacy BI systems into scalable, cloud-driven reporting solutions while ensuring data accuracy, governance, and performance.

Key Responsibilities
1. Trade & Compliance Analytics- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards for customs and compliance workflows
- Reverse engineer legacy Qlik Sense applications and replicate business logic in Power BI
- Reconstruct reporting logic from source databases into Power BI models
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate with Databricks ELT pipelines
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance optimization
2. Contract & Processes Analytics- Develop and manage Qlik Sense Enterprise dashboards
- Handle ETL processes, including data extraction via connectors and manual imports
- Build reporting solutions for:
- Server & VM governance
- Vendor cost control and billing analytics
- Work with multiple data sources including ServiceNow, SharePoint, and supplier portals

Core Skills RequiredPower BI- Strong understanding of data modeling (E/R models)
- Experience with Import & DirectQuery modes
- Ability to publish, schedule, and manage report refreshes
- Expertise in access control and report governance
- Proficiency in DAX for calculations and transformations
Qlik Sense- Strong knowledge of Qlik scripting (proprietary language)
- Experience in building ETL task chains and presentation apps
- Hands-on with Qlik NPrinting
- Ability to maintain and optimize enterprise dashboards
SQL / Oracle SQL- Advanced querying and performance optimization
- Ability to navigate databases using client tools
- Understanding of table/view dependencies and metadata
Databricks & Data Engineering- Understanding of DataLake architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold layers)
- Experience with data ingestion and ELT pipelines
- Basic knowledge of cluster management and job scheduling
- Ability to create data models using SQL in Databricks (Silver layer)
