One of our MNC Client is looking for BI Team Lead.
Job Location : Kolkata only
Key Responsibilities :
1. Agile Delivery Management
Lead Agile delivery by ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables, facilitating Agile practices, and proactively identifying and removing impediments to maintain team productivity and project progress.
2. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Technical Alignment
Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to maintain backlog clarity and work with the Tech Lead/Solution Architect to ensure technical alignment, while effectively communicating technical decisions to the team.
3. People & Performance Development
Coach and mentor team members, monitor team performance through KPIs, and drive continuous improvement by fostering feedback, resolving conflicts, and facilitating process enhancements.
Eligibility
· Experience must have in between 10 yrs to 15 yrs with Direct Team Handling experience.
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (No BA or BCOM candidate).
· Proven experience leading or mentoring technical teams of BI development and Data Scientist .
· Practical experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum .
· Proficiency in spoken and written English for collaboration with international teams.
· Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and cross-team communication skills.
· Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira .
