Hiring Alert: Manager – Power BI
📍 Location: Hyderabad (Work From Office)
We are hiring an experienced and dynamic Manager – Power BI to lead enterprise reporting and analytics initiatives. This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in Power BI, data modeling, dashboard development, and team leadership who can drive impactful business intelligence solutions at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Power BI Developers and Data Analysts.
- Design, develop, and deploy interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Build advanced DAX measures, optimize data models, and improve report performance for large datasets.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define KPIs, and understand end-to-end reporting architecture.
- Ensure governance, security, and compliance across BI environments.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams on reporting, analytics, and data transformation initiatives.
- Support best practices in visualization, performance tuning, and BI development standards.
Required Skills & Experience
- 15+ years of overall experience with strong exposure to Power BI and reporting technologies.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in team handling or leadership roles.
- Advanced expertise in:
- Power BI Desktop & Power BI Service
- DAX
- SQL
- Power Query (M)
- Strong understanding of:
- Data Warehousing
- ETL Processes
- Relational Databases
- Reporting Architecture
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, IT, or related field.
- Exposure to Tableau, OBIEE, or other BI tools is an added advantage.
- Experience with Azure technologies will be preferred.
