Summary:
Responsible for turning raw data into critical information used for sound business decisions
Responsibilities: - Build out comprehensive metrics to measure operational health, then demonstrate continuous improvement within these metrics
- Be the voice of your customers; communicate the needs of candidates, associates and staffing coordinators to your stakeholders via the data
- Turn over rocks to uncover and drive unanticipated outcomes
- Acquire various data sources to enable holistic analysis at a global level
- Build various data visualizations to tell the story and let the data speak for itself
- Mentor junior engineers to drive them to think big and deliver results
Requirements: - 4+ years of relevant work experience in a BI and/or Statistics role
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, Mathematics, or related field
- Experience with Tableau, MicroStrategy, Power BI,
Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of SQL, Python, R
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure including EC2, S3 and Redshift
- Strong interpersonal skills
