Job Title: BI Developer – Power BI & Tableau
Location: Hyderabad
Work mode: On-site
Experience: 3+ Years
Job Responsibilities:
• Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau
• Work extensively with SQL for data extraction, transformation, and optimization
• Build and maintain BI reporting solutions aligned with business requirements
• Develop data models, DAX (Power BI), and calculated fields (Tableau)
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to integrate data from Azure-based systems
• Create user-friendly visualizations and storytelling dashboards
• Perform data validation, performance tuning, and report optimization
• Support rapid prototyping using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Work in a Linux environment when required
Mandatory Skills:
• Strong hands-on experience in: Power BI (Dashboard Development & DAX), Tableau (Dashboard Development & Calculations)
• Advanced proficiency in SQL
• Experience with Azure (data sources, integrations, or services)
• Proven experience in BI Reporting & Dashboard Development
• Hands-on knowledge of: HTML / CSS, JavaScript / jQuery
• Experience in Rapid Prototyping of dashboards or UI concepts
• Strong understanding of data visualization best practices
Good to Have:
• Basic experience in Java
• Experience with Linux environment
• Understanding of ETL / Data Warehousing concepts
Qualifications:
• BE / B.Tech / MS in Computer Science or related field
• 3+ years of relevant experience in BI/Reporting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
