Hiring: Power BI Architect (Microsoft Fabric) - REMOTE

Experience: 12–18 Years

We are looking for a Power BI Architect with strong Microsoft Fabric expertise to lead end-to-end BI solution delivery, including semantic modeling, report migration, and modern data platform initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end BI architecture and delivery using Power BI & Microsoft Fabric
• Design and implement semantic data models (Gold layer) for enterprise reporting
• Drive migration of reports and datasets to modern Fabric-based architecture
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable BI solutions
• Lead and mentor teams across reporting, data engineering, and analytics
• Ensure best practices in data modeling, performance tuning, and governance

Must-Have Skills

• 12+ years in BI / Data Analytics delivery
• 8+ years in Power BI (7+ projects mandatory)
• 1+ year hands-on Microsoft Fabric (at least 1 project)
• Strong experience in:
• Designing reporting solutions (7+ years)
• Stakeholder engagement (business + IT)
• Hands-on with:
• ETL/ELT (ADF / Synapse / Databricks)
• Data modeling (Gold layer / semantic models)
• Experience in data modernization initiatives (Azure + Databricks)

Tech Stack

• Power BI, Microsoft Fabric
• Azure Data Services (ADF, Synapse)
• Databricks (good to have)
• SQL, DAX
