Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Power BI Analyst / BI Analyst with hands-on experience in Power BI, Excel, DAX, Data Modelling, and Power Automate.
The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to transform raw business data into actionable insights, and build interactive KPI dashboards and reports across functions like Sales, Finance, HR, IT, Insurance, and Supply Chain.

Key Responsibilities
🔹 Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards & reports
🔹 Build KPI dashboards to track and visualize business performance
🔹 Develop and optimize data models in Power BI for scalable reporting
🔹 Create advanced DAX measures, calculated columns & KPIs
🔹 Convert raw datasets into insightful visual reports & dashboards
🔹 Perform financial modelling & reporting in Excel, including:
• 📈 Actuals tracking & reporting
• 🔮 Forecasting models
• 📊 Variance analysis
• 💰 Financial performance analysis
🔹 Automate workflows using Power Automate to improve efficiency
🔹 Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements
🔹 Ensure accuracy, consistency & reliability of business reports.
