About the Opportunity
No.1 Club is launching Entrepreneur Gurukul – a transformative training program for entrepreneurs across Kerala. We're looking for an experienced Business Implementation Coach who can work with Malayalam-speaking business owners to ensure they don't just learn, but actually implement and execute what they're taught.
Role Overview:
- Conduct structured review sessions with enrolled entrepreneurs between training modules
- Ensure effective implementation of strategies and concepts taught
- Identify execution gaps and provide practical, strategic solutions (in Malayalam, if needed)
- Hold participants accountable for their commitments and action plans
- Submit detailed reports after each review covering progress, challenges, and recommendations
- Guide entrepreneurs to overcome roadblocks and achieve their business goals
Who Should Apply:
- Based in Kerala
- Fluent in Malayalam and English
- 4-5 years in business management, entrepreneurship, consulting, or coaching
- Strong knowledge of business strategy, operations, and growth frameworks
- Problem-solving, gap analysis, accountability management, and reporting skills
- Excellent communicator and trusted advisor
- Analytical thinker with empathy and firmness
Bonus: Business ownership experience or Kerala business ecosystem knowledge
