A specialist in HR Consulting and Talent Management within the Human Resources & Staffing sector, delivering end-to-end HR process design, operational excellence, and compliance support for enterprise clients across India. We seek a hands-on operations leader to streamline HR processes, own governance, and drive measurable efficiency improvements across payroll, onboarding, and employee lifecycle operations. This is an on-site role based in India.

HR Process Manager
Role & Responsibilities
- Design, document and maintain end-to-end HR process workflows and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for core HR functions (onboarding, payroll, exits, benefits, employee data management).
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to optimise process efficiency—identify bottlenecks, implement automation opportunities, and reduce turnaround times and error rates.
- Operate and configure HRIS modules; partner with IT and vendors to drive system enhancements, integrations, and data integrity across platforms.
- Establish process governance and control frameworks—define SLAs, KPIs, audit trails and regular process health reviews.
- Manage stakeholder relationships across HR, Finance, and Business units; coordinate change management, training, and roll-out of new processes and tools.
- Monitor compliance with Indian labour law and internal policies; prepare documentation for audits and support remediation activities.
Skills & QualificationsMust-Have
- Proven experience owning HR process design and HR operations delivery.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM) and system configuration.
- Expertise in process mapping, SOP development, and operational governance.
- Experience driving process improvement initiatives and working with automation tools or RPA partners.
- Strong familiarity with Indian labour laws and statutory compliance requirements.
- Ability to define and track HR KPIs and produce actionable HR analytics and dashboards.
Preferred
- Certification in Process Improvement (Lean, Six Sigma) or HR systems implementation experience.
- Experience in HR outsourcing, shared services, or consulting engagements.
- Exposure to payroll systems and payroll audit processes.
