Job Objective -Qualifications & Experience

 Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, preferably with Food Technology, or related field.

 18–25 years of experience in FMCG/beverage/food manufacturing, with at least 10 years in a senior leadership role.

 Proven track record of P&L management and business growth.

 Strong knowledge of beverage formulations, concentrates, and regulatory frameworks.

 Expertise in operations management, sales leadership, and supply chain management.

 Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in Africa
