Role :
To lead international solar EPC business across Middle East, Africa, and Asia.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for P&L ownership
- Responsible for Driving international business development and strategic market expansion across Middle East, Africa and Asia
- Lead global tendering, bid strategy, and contract negotiations
- Monitor project execution, delivery timelines, and take responsibility for operational excellence
- Manage client relationships and act as a key accounts manager
- Mentor and develop high-performing teams
Qualifications & Experience
- Engineering degree is must. MBA degree is plus
- About 20 years of experience in solar/renewable EPC
- Proven leadership experience in international markets and strong track record of P&L ownership and business scaling
- Understanding of EPC contracts is essential
- Global Market Experience is must
