JOB ROLE : Business Head – Destination (Full P&L Ownership)
Location: Gurugram
Role Mandate:
We are looking for a high-caliber business leader to take end-to-end ownership of a destination with full P&L accountability. This role operates as an extension of the Founder, leading growth across supply, offerings, sales, and capability building.
You will run the destination as a self-contained business unit , driving commercial scale, category expansion, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own complete P&L performance including revenue growth and margin expansion
• Define and execute the destination growth strategy
• Build and scale the supply ecosystem, ensuring quality and productivity
• Lead category development including pricing, positioning, and portfolio evolution
• Design and scale a high-performance sales engine.
• Drive structured forecasting, target setting, and performance reviews
• Institutionalize training frameworks across sales and supply teams
• Build strong second-line leadership
Who This Role Is For:
• 6–8 years of experience leading and scaling categories or business verticals
• Background in high-growth consumer companies or dynamic startups
• Tier-1 graduate or equivalent record of high-impact execution
• Demonstrated experience managing revenue-led business units
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams across supply and sales
• Strong commercial acumen with structured, data-driven decision making
• Builder mindset with comfort operating in fast-scaling environments
