About the Role:
We are a Noida-based real estate channel partner connecting buyers and investors with premium properties across top developers. We’re hiring a Business Head to lead our sales team, drive channel partnerships, and own business outcomes - reporting directly to the founders.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage the full sales pipeline from lead to closure
- Build and coach the sales team
- Strengthen developer and HNI client relationships
- Drive business development into new markets
- Track KPIs and report to founders.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years in real estate (channel partner experience preferred)
- Strong NCR market knowledge
- Proven team leadership and negotiation skills
- Target-driven with full ownership mindset.
