If scaling businesses, cracking high-impact partnerships, and owning a multi-crore P&L excites you, this role is for you. We're looking for a growth-obsessed leader to take our Quick Commerce business to the next level.
What You'll Own
- Drive end-to-end P&L and revenue growth.
- Build strategic partnerships with Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket, Flipkart Minutes, and leading brands.
- Define growth strategy, unlock new revenue streams, and scale the business.
- Lead high-performing teams across Sales, Account Management, Operations, and Marketing.
- Use data, insights, and innovation to deliver exponential business growth.
What We're Looking For
- 8–18+ years of experience in Quick Commerce, E-commerce, FMCG, Retail, or AdTech.
- Strong experience managing P&L and strategic partnerships.
- Proven track record of scaling high-growth businesses.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a data-driven approach.
