We’re Hiring: Business Head (P&L | SaaS Growth Leader)
Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru (Onsite)
Experience: 10–14 Years
Salary: ₹50–65 LPA
Education: Graduation (Mandatory)
Work Schedule: 6 Days (Saturday WFH)
Role OverviewWe’re looking for a high-impact Business Head to own end-to-end P&L and build a scalable revenue engine from the ground up. This role demands a builder mindset, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to drive predictable, sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities1. P&L Ownership
- Own revenue, margins, and profitability
- Drive budgeting, forecasting & performance reviews
- Improve unit economics & ensure sustainable growth
- Lead decisions on hiring, investments & expansion
2. Sales Leadership & Revenue Growth
- Build and scale sales from 0 → 1 and beyond
- Own full sales lifecycle (lead → enterprise closure)
- Define and execute GTM strategies
- Build channel partnerships for growth
3. Operations & Execution
- Set up customer success & account management
- Define pricing, packaging & commercial strategy
- Implement sales ops & revenue tracking
- Align cross-functional teams
4. Strategic Business Development
- Identify new markets & expansion opportunities
- Build ecosystem partnerships
- Influence product strategy with market insights
- Represent organization in key engagements
Must-Have Qualifications- 10+ years experience (5+ years in P&L ownership)
- Strong B2B SaaS / Enterprise Sales experience
- Proven 0 → 1 revenue-building experience
- Enterprise client selling exposure
- Strong financial & analytical skills
- Team-building & leadership experience
- Startup mindset with high ownership
Preferred- Exposure to AI/ML, AR/VR/XR, Martech
- Consulting or startup background
- Experience working with founders
- Proven YoY revenue scaling
Success Metrics (Year 1)- 3–5x revenue growth
- Scalable & predictable sales engine
- 30%+ CAC reduction
