MommyFest is SEES’s flagship IP — a fast-growing, community-first platform bringing together modern moms, conscious brands, and meaningful experiences.
It’s not just an event. It’s a growing ecosystem of brands, communities, and partnerships.
The Role
We’re looking for a Business Head to lead MommyFest - someone who has built or scaled IPs, understands the business of events, and knows how to bring the right brands into the ecosystem.
You will own revenue, partnerships, and growth — from getting sponsors and exhibitors on board to shaping how MommyFest scales as a property.
This is not a support role. This is business ownership.
What You’ll Do
Own and drive revenue for MommyFest through sponsorships, partnerships, and exhibitor sales
Build and scale the IP as a business — expanding brand presence and market positioning
Identify, pitch, and close brand partnerships and sponsorship deals
Lead exhibitor outreach and onboarding, ensuring strong brand curation
Develop long-term relationships with D2C brands, startups, and lifestyle partners
Work closely with marketing, creative, and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery
Continuously refine the commercial strategy for the IP
What You Bring
6–10+ years of experience in events / experiential / media / IP-led businesses
Proven experience in building or scaling an IP / property / platform
Strong track record in sponsorship sales, brand partnerships, and exhibitor management
Ability to independently drive business development and closures
Strong network across brands, D2C, lifestyle, or consumer businesses
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, founder-led environment
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
