Role – Business Manager
We are looking for a dynamic Business Sales Manager to drive growth, lead sales strategies, and inspire a team toward achieving ambitious targets. If you thrive in building strong client relationships, developing impactful business strategies, and leading teams with vision, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Drive business development and sales strategies to achieve revenue goals
Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team
Build and nurture client relationships with corporates, institutions, and learners
Oversee daily operations and performance metrics to ensure smooth functioning
Develop strategies for market expansion and new partnerships
Align sales activities with overall company objectives
Qualifications
15+ years of professional experience, with at least 7 years in Education, EdTech, or Language Training
Strong expertise in Business Management, Strategic Planning, and Sales Leadership
Proven success in client relationship management
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently in a remote setup
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or related field
