Director – International Sales / Business Development
Location: Gurugram, India
Experience: 6–10 Years
Note: This role is strictly for international sales/business development and must come from an agency background.

What You'll Do:-
- Lead international sales and business development across global markets
- Identify, pitch, and onboard international brands, agencies, and enterprise clients
- Build and manage a strong pipeline across regions such as US, UK, Europe, MENA, and APAC
- Drive revenue growth through consultative selling of performance marketing, media buying, and digital growth solutions
- Develop strategic relationships with CMOs, marketing heads, founders, and agency decision-makers
- Own international sales P&L, revenue targets, profitability, margins, and monthly/quarterly business performance
- Build, manage, and mentor the international sales/business development team to drive consistent pipeline, closures, and client growth
- Maintain strong understanding of agency services, paid media, performance marketing, and digital advertising trends.
Requirements:-
- Prior experience in an agency environment is mandatory
- Strong international sales experience in digital marketing, media buying, performance marketing, creative, or advertising services
- Proven track record of closing international clients and managing high-value accounts
- Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing services
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to independently handle outreach, pitching, follow-ups, proposals, and closures
- Strong network of international brands, agencies, or marketing decision-makers is preferred
- Experience working with global clients across multiple time zones
- Commercially sharp with strong understanding of margins, retainers, campaign budgets, and revenue targets
- Leadership mindset with the ability to build and mentor a sales/business development team
