With our expanding Residential Interior Division, we are now looking for a strategic leader to scale and drive this high-growth vertical.
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly driven Business Head to lead, scale, and own the Residential Interior Division in Mumbai.
This is a P&L leadership role with end-to-end accountability across:
- Revenue growth
- Business development
- Client acquisition & closures
- Design & project execution
- Team building & operational excellence
You will act as the bridge between real estate conversions and interior project monetization, transforming property buyers into interior clients.
Key Responsibilities :-
- π P&L & Business Growth :- Own complete profit & loss responsibility for the division , Develop and execute revenue growth strategies , Drive high-value interior project closures ,Build scalable sales and conversion systems
- π Sales, Business Development & Closure :- Generate and convert leads into premium residential interior projects , Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations. Close high-ticket interior contracts, Build strong networks with builders, developers, brokers & channel partners
- π₯ Team Leadership & Setup :- Build and onboard a strong team of interior designers, sales & execution staff (on or before joining), Set KPIs and drive performance culture, Mentor and lead cross-functional teams.
- π Project & Operations Oversight :- Oversee design-to-handover execution , Ensure timelines, quality, and customer satisfaction , Coordinate with procurement and vendor teams.
- π€ Client & Vendor Management :- Develop long-term relationships with homebuyers and premium clients, Establish reliable vendor partnerships for cost efficiency & quality
- π Strategic Planning :- Develop Mumbai-focused go-to-market strategies, Identify trends in residential interiors & luxury segments, Monitor competition and drive differentiation
Candidate Profile:
- 7+ years of experience in Residential Interiors (Mumbai mandatory)
- Strong understanding of Mumbai real estate & interior market
- Proven P&L management experience
- Strong track record in business development & deal closures
- Experience handling premium/luxury residential projects
- Bachelorβs Degree required (MBA or Interior Design preferred)
- Strong leadership, negotiation & client management skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to scale a division
