Role Description
We are looking for an experienced Business Head - Inside Sales for our Edtech/Education domain in a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi. The role involves driving sales strategies, managing the inside sales team, maximizing revenue from inbound and outbound sales efforts, and developing strong client relationships. The Business Head will ensure team targets are met, analyze sales metrics, mentor team members, and contribute to process improvements to achieve business growth and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications- Minimum 12 years of Sales Experience (Edtech/Education)
- Proven experience leading sales teams and managing inside sales operations.
- Strong skills in strategic planning, sales forecasting, and pipeline management.
- P/L Management
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with the EdTech or education sector is a significant advantage.
