Hiring Business Head in Chandigarh Location for our Client which is a Fintech aggregator platform offer a unified lending interface (ULI) and wealth solutions.
Position Overview
- Designation: Business Head
- Location: Chandigarh
- Experience: 8+ years (Corporate Finance, Banking, Wealth Management)
- Compensation: ₹25–30 LPA Fixed + PLI + ESOPs
- Education: MBA (Finance) / CA / ICWA / CFA / PGDM
Key Responsibilities
- P&L Management: Drive regional revenue, control costs, and maximize profitability.
- Client Acquisition: Lead end-to-end deal sourcing, structuring, and closure.
- Network Building: Engage a robust network of former bankers and financial partners.
- Strategic Alliances: Partner with banks, NBFCs, family offices, and AIFs.
- Revenue Growth: Cross-sell Fintech-led wealth and diverse lending solutions.
- Team Scaling: Build and lead a high-performance, startup-driven regional team. [1]
Must-Have Requirements
- Proven Track Record of 8+ years in BFSI, NBFC, or Fintech startups.
- Deal Closure: Success in high-value client acquisition and complex financial transactions.
- Active Network: Immediate access to a regional network of bankers and lenders.
- Startup Mindset: Ability to build operations from scratch in ambiguous environments.
- Product Knowledge: Expertise in retail loans, business loans, and wealth management.
