Role Description
This is a part-time remote position for a Business Head on an equity-only basis. The individual will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic business plans to support the growth and sustainability of the platform. Key responsibilities include identifying revenue opportunities, fostering partnerships, overseeing operational activities, analyzing market trends, and ensuring alignment with the organization’s vision and values. The Business Head will also lead high-impact collaborations, foster the community's growth, and help scale She Breaks Barriers to its next phase of growth.

- Partnership Management, Networking, and Stakeholder Engagement abilities
- Strong Analytical Skills for Market Research and Trend Analysis
- Leadership, Team Management, and Operational Oversight experience

- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in startups, community building, or content platforms is a plus
