Role Description
The Business Head - Edtech (PHD Sales) will oversee and lead the PhD sales vertical at Aimlay Pvt Ltd. This full-time, on-site role is based in Delhi and involves strategizing and executing sales plans to expand the company's educational reach. Responsibilities include managing and guiding a sales team, building and nurturing client relationships, collaborating with partner universities, analyzing market trends, and driving business growth. The role also encompasses monitoring sales metrics, ensuring sales targets are met, and identifying strategic opportunities to strengthen the company’s position in the EdTech industry.
Qualifications- Experience in Education/ Edtech Sales (UG/PG, PHD)
- Sales and Business Management: Expertise in sales strategies, business development.
- Leadership and Team Management: Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and motivate sales teams effectively.
- Strategic Thinking and Market Analysis: Proficiency in analyzing market trends and developing strategies to achieve business goals.
