BUSINESS RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Secure and deliver electrical panels and control systems to Suzlon on best quality, lowest cost and best on-time delivery parameters
- Develop and establish serial supply of new products for Suzlon new turbines and Suzlon 2.0 renewables business encompassing wind-solar-BESS solutions
- Establish 3rd party key accounts with low capital/ low risk delivery models – Tolling, contract manufacturing on build-to-print basis with focus on exports
- Capacity Utilization and turnover growth
- Creation of delivery capacity in assets, technology, human resources, skills and competencies
- Annual Budget achievement – Volume, top line, costs, working capital, EBIDTA
- Recast the revenue mix from fully captive to 50% third party exports over five years
ROLE:
- Provide leadership for sustainable growth of the Control Systems business
- Drive customer focus
- Manage stakeholder’s expectations
- Effective management of all line and staff functions through HODs
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
- Understanding of business and its operating environment / eco system including target customer segments, products & technology, key business partners and stakeholders, revenue and margin drivers

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- BE/BTech in Electrical / Electronics Engineering from an A grade institute – Essential
- MBA in General Management or Sales & Marketing or Operations from an A grade institute - Good to have
- Overall 20+ years of experience out of which at least 10 years of relevant industry experience with a demonstrated performance track record
