Looking for someone who can build, lead, and scale clinic operations — not just manage day-to-day activities.
At Klara, we are building a premium skin & hair clinic brand in Chennai, and we’re now at a stage where we want to structure and expand across multiple locations.
We’re looking for a Business Head who will:
• Lead end-to-end clinic operations
• Build systems, SOPs, and reporting structures
• Hire and manage clinic teams
• Drive revenue, conversion, and patient experience
• Work closely with the founder on expansion
This role is ideal for someone who has:
• Experience in clinic chains / healthcare / retail / hospitality
• Managed multiple locations or teams
• Strong execution and ownership mindset
