The company has activated business in local communities/partner stores across 20,000 plus PIN codes in India where customers avail a range of services including cash withdrawal, cash deposits, money transfer, savings, insurance, travel, Digital Payments, access to government benefits and many more. The app is downloaded by over 15 million customers across India by stores in Tier I, II and rural towns. Using the power of Aadhaar & Mobility, over 20,000 Kirana stores transform their retail stores into Fintech Marts currently.

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Head - Business Correspondent based in Mumbai. The role involves spearheading strategic initiatives, managing client relationships, and implementing business development plans. The focus is on winning RFPs from PSU banks and responsibilities include leading sales efforts, conducting industry research, collaborating with internal teams to enhance service delivery, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective problem resolution and innovative solutions. The role also includes preparing business reports and contributing to overall organizational success.
Qualifications
- Must be currently a Business Head in BC model for one of the large corporate Business Correspondent companies.
- Track record of participating in an winning bids with PSU banks.
- Excellent in Team handling and relationship building with banks and FIs
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
