Role Description
We are looking for a Business Head – B2b to lead and scale one of B2B business lines, driving sales and operational expansion across India. This role will drive national B2B growth, build scalable distribution networks, and ensure strong operational execution across multiple cities.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive B2B revenue growth across India and achieve aggressive growth targets
- Build and scale large B2B distribution networks across key markets and cities
- Oversee multi-city businesses operations ensuring operational efficiency and execution
- Build, lead and mentor regional sales and operational teams
- Identify new markets and opportunities to expand B2B footprint
- Track revenue, distribution growth and operational performance metrics
Key Skills
- Proven experience leading large B2B sales and operations teams
- Strong expertise in distribution-led business models
- Experience managing multi-city or pan-India operations
- Strong Business strategy and execution capability
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
Good to Have
- Experience in mobility, parking ecosystem, automotive, proptech or SaaS platforms
- Experience scaling technology-enabled platforms or marketplaces
- Experience working in high-growth startup environments
