Purpose of the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Head to lead and scale both B2B and B2C verticals for our mental health organization. This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, expanding market presence, and ensuring operational excellence across all business functions.The ideal candidate will bring strong experience from healthcare, hospitals, or allied sectors, with a proven track record of owning P&L, leading high-performing teams, and delivering sustainable business growth.

 

Qualification

 

·      MBA or equivalent in Business Management/ Healthcare Management or similar fields

·      Experience in health care, digital health, or hospital ecosystems is highly preferred

 

Experience

·    15 -18 years of experience in healthcare, wellness, hospital, or related sectors

·     Proven experience in leading both B2B and B2C business functions for mid to large size organization

·     Strong track record of owning and managing P&L

·     Demonstrated success in business development, revenue growth, scaling business and over all operational excellence across the vertical.

Roles & Responsibilities

 

Business Strategy & Expansion

  • Identify growth opportunities in mental health services, corporate wellness, and clinical offerings across geographies and service lines.
  • Define and execute short-term and long-term business strategies for both B2B and B2C segments and build strategic alliances with hospitals, clinics, NGO’s and other digital platforms.
  • Work closely with leadership to align business goals with the organization’s mission and vision

Business Development (B2B & B2C)

·      Build and scale corporate partnerships and drive enterprise sales for mental health programs, employee wellness solutions and corporate and institutional tie-up

·      Optimize customer acquisition channels, retention strategies and overall user experience

·      Collaborate with marketing teams to build brand awareness and drive engagement across platforms

·      Lead negotiations, contracts, MOU’s and long-term partnerships across various segments

P&L Accountability

·      Own end to end P&L responsibility across business units

·      Drive revenue growth while maintaining profitability and cost efficiency

·      Monitor and drive financial performance, budgets, forecasts and key business metrics.

·      Set targets, KPIs, success metrics and work with cross functional teams to drive results

·      Drive conversion rates, pipeline management and revenue realization on regular regular basis

Cross functional Collaboration

·      Work closely with clinical, product, marketing, operations and other support functions to ensure seamless service delivery

·      Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards.

·      Improve overall operational efficiency and customer experience

Team Management

  • Build, mentor, and lead high-performing sales, business development, and collaboration teams
  • Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and collaboration, mentor and coach team members to enhance productivity and capability.
