The Business Head for Windsor House early Years Program will be responsible for the overall growth, operations, and profitability of the preschool chain. This role requires strategic leadership, business acumen, and a deep understanding of the early education sector. The candidate will oversee business expansion, brand positioning.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive business growth, expansion, enrollments, and profitability across company-owned and franchise preschool centres
• Lead franchise development, partner onboarding, and expansion strategy
• Ensure operational excellence, quality standards, and seamless centre operations
• Drive sales, marketing, and brand-building initiatives to strengthen market presence
• Own P&L management, financial performance, and business sustainability
• Build and lead high-performing teams while managing key stakeholder relationships
Key Requirements:
• MBA/Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Education Management, or related field
• 12+ years of leadership experience in education, preschool, or franchising sectors is mandatory
• Strong expertise in franchise business development and expansion
• Proven experience in P&L management, business growth, sales, and operations
• Excellent strategic thinking, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsp.
