Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Head based in Ahmedabad, with flexibility for some work-from-home days. The Business Head will oversee strategic planning, business growth, and revenue generation for the organization. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing business strategies, expanding market reach, leading marketing and sales teams, and ensuring operational efficiency. The role demands building strong partnerships, ensuring regulatory compliance, and achieving organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Business Development and Strategic Planning
- Strong leadership skills, including Team Management and Stakeholder Collaboration
- Comprehensive understanding of Sales and Marketing strategies
- Familiarity with Regulatory Compliance in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
- Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Market Analysis and Financial Acumen
- Ability to manage hybrid work environments effectively
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Pharmaceutical Management, or a related field
