We are hiring a visionary Business Head to lead a Fintech revolution!
Locations : Chandigarh / Hyderabad / Bangalore
Our client is Fintech aggregator platform built exclusively for former and retired bankers, transforming decades of regulatory expertise and credit knowledge into a powerhouse for the modern economy.
🔹 Role Expectations:
• Drive aggressive market expansion and take full ownership of the regional P&L, including revenue growth and profitability.
• Spearhead the end-to-end client acquisition lifecycle—from lead generation and relationship building to deal structuring and closure.
• Develop and maintain local relationships with banks, NBFCs, family offices, and AIFs to strengthen sourcing capabilities.
• Build, expand, and actively engage a strong banker network to ensure a robust and sustained deal flow.
• Coordinate with investors, lenders, and internal stakeholders for the seamless preparation and closure of transaction documentation.
🔹 Must-Have Requirements:
• Proven capability in high-value client acquisition and complex financial deal closures.
• A robust, active network of bankers and financial institutions to ensure immediate deal flow.
• Hands-on expertise in regional revenue growth and cross-selling Fintech-led wealth management solutions.
• Ability to build and scale execution-driven teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Expertise in fostering long-term strategic partnerships with family offices, AIFs, and lenders.
• Locations: Chandigarh, Bengaluru, Hyderabad.
• Experience & Qualification: 10+ years (Corporate Finance/Banking/Wealth) | MBA (Finance)/CA/CFA/ICWA.
