We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Head to lead and scale our apparel business. This is a leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and building strong operational foundations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define and execute overall business strategy and growth roadmap
• Drive revenue, profitability, and market expansion across channels
• Build and manage high-performing sales, operations, and merchandising teams
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels
• Oversee product positioning, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans
• Ensure operational efficiency across sourcing, production, and supply chain
• Track performance metrics and drive data-backed decision-making
making
🔹 Requirements:
• 10–18+ years of experience in apparel / fashion / sportswear industry
• Proven track record in business growth, P&L management, and team leadership
• Strong understanding of retail, distribution, and supply chain
• Experience in scaling brands or launching new markets is a big plus
• Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and execution skills
