As the Head of Business Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall business functions. You will play a critical role in driving operational efficiency, optimizing processes, and maximizing profitability. Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless coordination and execution of projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Seek new business opportunities in the market proactively.
- Utilize initiative and creativity to identify strong potential prospects, generating outbound lead opportunities.
- Ensure accurate and well-organized maintenance of new prospect information and activity reports in CRM software.
- Develop and cultivate new and existing referral sources to foster successful referring relationships.
- Stay abreast of new services, pricing/payment plans, and industry trends.
- Take responsibility for formulating marketing strategies and their implementation.
- Manage the entire sales cycle for relevant technology services and solutions, including Lead Generation, Credential Pitch, client acquisition, and Account Management/Post Sales Services.
- Craft effective and persuasive proposals to secure business opportunities.
- Maintain an active schedule of prospecting calls to drive business growth.
Sales Management-
- Engage with Marketing managers, VPs, and other key stakeholders through various media channels within the market to foster a strong pipeline of opportunities.
- Utilize strategic sales strategies to actively identify and generate prospects, with a focus on clients in target markets.
- Acquire a comprehensive understanding of Digital Marketing/Website designing & Development to streamline the sales process.
- Demonstrate leadership by effectively managing the team and staying informed of sales results updates.
Communication–
- Collaborate closely with the sales & marketing team to cultivate synergistic working relationships.
- Cultivate strong rapport with existing clients to bolster client retention and drive new sales through referrals and references.
- Confidently contribute to the proposal and pitch preparation efforts.
- Demonstrate robust Presentation, Negotiation, and sales closing Skills.
- Foster enduring, trust-based relationships with clients for long-term partnerships.
- Proficiency in leveraging social media tools such as LinkedIn to enhance outreach and engagement.
- Initiate and coordinate meetings effectively.
- Provide regular sales results updates to the reporting person.
- Manage team targets efficiently.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in managing prospect information.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Initiative and creativity in identifying potential prospects.
- Networking skills to identify and develop referral sources.
- A proactive approach to seeking new business opportunities in the market.
- In-depth knowledge of Digital Marketing, Website Designing & Development.
- Leadership skills to manage and lead a sales team, updating sales results.
- Confidence in preparing proposals/pitches and delivering presentations.
- Strong negotiation and sales closing skills.
- Experience with financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in digital sales, with a proven track record in business development, preferably with managerial experience.
