Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role located in Mumbai, with opportunities to work remotely on occasion. The Business Head will lead overall business operations and strategy to drive growth and brand positioning for clients. Responsibilities include spearheading business development initiatives, managing key client relationships, overseeing PR and influencer marketing strategies, and ensuring successful campaign execution. The role also involves driving profitability, leading cross-functional teams, and identifying opportunities to expand agency services in line with market trends.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, account management, and client relationship management.
- Strong understanding of PR & Media Strategy, Influencer Marketing, Brand Positioning, and Campaign Execution.
- Effective leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive results.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities to identify market opportunities and optimize operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience in luxury branding, fashion PR, and creative direction is preferred.
- Familiarity with digital and social media trends in branding and promotion.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
